“I started playing the guitar at the age of 13 from my father, who was also a musician. I started with Japanese acoustic folk music and later switched as a self-taught musician to rock, jazz and flamenco.” “During my university days, I worked as a jazz musician in Tokyo. I participated as a musical supporter in the flamenco dance group ‘Puerta del Sol’. On average I played about 20 concerts. I participated in a concert with a thousand people, together with Chiemi Hanabaru, Maria Jose Martin, Miguel de Badajoz and Katsuhiko Katagiri. I have taught guitar and music theory in the music school ‘Music Tech Studio’.” I currently take part in the following projects: Toryanse Quartet con Giorgio Giacobbi, Camilla Collet e Giovanni Gregoretti, Solo Works, Duo with Yusuke Yanagita.
